Report template in Self Service query

We are using the "My Current Activity" query on our Self Service dashboard with a report template assigned to it. It's a simple report template, posted down below.  Since it shows all activity (from Process Management), though Requests and Incidents are what people submit, is there any way to get the "Entered for:" section to display properly? I can only get it to display either the user attribute for Request {_ADGivenname}, or the user attribute for Incident {RaiseUser/Title}, but not both. I could solve my issue by making two queries with separate report templates, one for Requests and one for Incidents, but would love to have only one.

You can see in the attached screenshots, when I have {_ADGivenname} in the "Entered for:" section of the report template, it works fine for Request, but not Incident. And just the opposite if I use {RaiseUser/Title} in the "Entered for:" section, it works fine for Incident, but not Request. I understand they are separate business objects. Is there a way to configure the report template to display info conditionally? Or is there a way to do it with Business Object collections?
