Is there a secret to editing Mobile WebDesk HTML enabled attributes? All of my HTML enabled attributes (Incident Descriptions/Note Details/etc) do not show values when creating the item (see below). If I view an incident description of an existing incident, I can see the text but can't change it. Anything that is not HTML enabled works fine.
