First of all, I'm kinda new with Landesk, so please bear with me.
My question probably don't sound very clear, so let me show you what I'm looking for.
Right now, when we open an Incident Window, the only way to see the notes related to this incident is at the bottem of the page:
I don't really like how it works right now, I don't feel it userfriendly at all. On our other ticket software manager, we had the description and the solution (known as note in landesk) all together. So I would love something similair to that:
Right now, I'm unable to see any notes in my field. Is there a way to make it possible? Or at least to see the last note added?
