Our company Intranet runs on SharePoint 2010 - is there any way of integrating Landesk's Self Service Portal ability to log / view existing calls into sharepoint?
I'm interested to see how everyone else uses WebDesk - e.g. design/user experience. I am trying to make it simple/clean looking - how have you all accomplished this? Any screenshots of existing self-service portal's would be great!
