Good morning.
I am currently experiencing an issue within Service Desk 2017.1 console.
I am able to modify the template fields (additional info and SLA in the test environment, and have previously been able to do it in the Live environment also, however for some reason I can't now.
I have checked the protection levels and changed the fields to full Read/Write but am still unable to change this in the console.
Could this be an issue with the SQL db??
The only other difference is that the editable fields have a 'Template Attribute' box in the Properties:
