Unassign

Hi

 

When a customer is unavailable some of our teams would like the incident they have accepted to un-assign from the person and other teams would like to keep the incident assigned to them.

 

We have a different window for user unavailable and within this BO we have created an attribute Boolean which is unassign?  We have added this to our window then within the incident process we have placed a condition that if the box is ticked then it unassigns it from the individual but leave it within that team. If the box is not ticked then it should just change the status of the incident. 

When this is set up it seems to just change the status for some reason it is not using the Boolean please could some advise if they have had a similar issue like this and how you have managed to overcome this.
