Moving a Call to Incident with Attachment

We use the Call process for triage and then convert the ticket to either an Incident or Request.

 

When there is an attachment on the Call ticket and we move to Incident/Request, the attachment is not being moved to the new ticket.

 

Can someone please advise on how to fix this on our process? I'm not finding anything so far. We're on 7.7.3.
