Not getting our desired attributes for one analyst out of the remaining in the Webdesk dashboard.

Hi all,

I have created a dashboard with our required attributes that needs to be shown in the query.

We are getting everything perfect for all the remaining analysts except for one. Kindly see the below screenshots.

Remaining Analysts:

For that Analyst:

Even in that query, we have deleted those attributes Reopened,Unresolve,Major Incident. Whenever we hide the filters in the webdesk after the changes has been done in the dashboard, this dashboard changes like this. But in the console, everything is perfect. Issue is only with the webdesk that too only for this analyst. Tried everything, but still with empty hands.

Kindly, let me know if any thing else is needed to resolve this issue.
