Good morning LANDESK community,
I am trying to enable XTrace logging, so that I can follow the sequence of events regarding a package distribution or deleting a simple file from a client PC (both of which are giving me trouble). I have edited the registry and placed a value of "1" in the registry key for XTrace, just as the instructions have stated. I cannot see any XTrace log files anywhere throughout my logging locations on either the core or the clients. Just to be sure, I performed a search for "*.xlg" files on the hard drives. This search returns zero results. I am running LANDESK 9.6 service pack 1. What are your thoughts, questions or suggestions? Any comments are welcome.
