Does this utility save/backup all of your current settings (all agent settings, agent configs, all sub settings in agent settings, etc) then be able to import them into another environment or system upgrade. We want to be able to make sure that we do not miss/overlook any current settings when we upgrade to 9.6 and we want to make sure that our test environment matches our Prod environment by exporting all settings from Prod and import them into Test.
