We have just reverted back to using the product to capture our survey data (were previously exporting to a Filemaker DB to do this).
Is there a way to show the Incident number and the summary/description on the survey window which customers complete?
The link we send to them in the resolution email takes them straight to the survey window itself rather than the resolved incident as this replicates what happened with the Filemaker DB and does not then require them to click on a "Complete Survey" action which is probably a step too far for some of our users..
