Hi all,
Our group is getting mails for the resolution breach even after those calls were closed. Those were closed 4 months ago and now we are getting the resolution breach mails for both the Incident and Request .Atmost, they have received 50 - 70 mails . Can anyone tell me where the exact poblem is ???
