Failed to Download Additional Files

Hi,

All my clients systems are on 8.8 sp2, we are sending a push job to download alot of files and getting

I've deleted the distrubution package and re-hashed and tried sending to the systems but getting the same error

I've been through the documents regarding failed to download message and hasnt made a difference

any help would be appreciated
